I imagine they're more strict on these sorts of behavior than most schools. Aside from pretending to have sex with a tree nothing she done was too awful.
A 12 year old saying she's pissed off, calling others brats and saying oh my God is hardly the height of bad behavior. Nor is dancing, the fact a teacher said she was dancing like an 'exotic dancer' gives me the creeps on their behalf not hers.
Spin the bottle and truth or dare are childhood pastimes, most kids play them at some point.
The crop top is an American issue, in my country we have uniforms yet still the younger girls were told about wearing their skirts too high and wearing make up. The boys were told about tucking their shirt in, doing the top button and wearing their tie properly.
All in all a typical young teen.
