I've just seen her in an entertaining neo-noir comic mystery called 'Fuzz Track city.' Her daughter Gabrielle Stone plays a waitress in the movie.

Very true about Meredith Baxter & Farrah Fawcett, and the mileage varies when it comes to women of all walks of life changing their name (for example, my mother kept her married name, but went by "Ms.").
