Agreed. I don’t care for his persona at all but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

I don't wish cancer on any tobacco product user. However, I do wish bad things for big corporations that sell these products!

Cigar smokers don't inhale much, but they are breathing in that second-hand smoke constantly. Cigar smokers usually get mouth and throat cancer. Honestly I would rather have lung cancer.
