Cancer sucks.

One of the all time great country singers we're going to miss you Toby!

This is the same cancer that my dad beat in November. The last interview I saw with Toby Keith he said he was doing better.

reply

He didn't look good when he was at an awards show in Nov. Man this sucks Toby was a really cool dude.

reply

He looked really thin, but I remember him saying that the prognosis was good. I'm guessing it spread and the doctors couldn't contain it.

reply

I think you're right. I remember reading about Toby's cancer in the summer of 2022. The article said he was in "Cancer Hell". Which immediately saddened me as I knew the road ahead would be very rough.

reply

I saw an interview with him in January where he said the doctors had to stitch up his diaphragm, so I can assume from that statement that it spread beyond the stomach. My dad got his entire stomach removed to prevent that so I'm guessing it was already too late for Toby Keith.

reply

RIP. He was a good singer and I liked a lot of his music.
