He did take action near the end to help people. He wasn't just some dude who sat there doing nothing

You friggin Republicans always do this ... trying to propagandize and rehabilitate the worst Presidents we've ever had ... specifically Hoover and Reagan. I'm sure Bush will be praised in the extreme pretty soon for not being as bad as Trump. Sheesh!
