Hillary Clinton appointed chancellor of Queen's University, Belfast

She takes up her role immediately and will serve for a period of five years, succeeding Dr Tom Moran - who died last year.

While the role of chancellor is mainly a ceremonial one, securing Mrs Clinton will be seen as a coup for Queen's.

Mrs Clinton will also act as an advisor to the vice-chancellor Prof Ian Greer and senior management.

I would imagine that she has "out" clauses in her arrangement in case the DNC comes calling. Not convinced that she is done at this point in time.

Huh? She was a Senator from New York from 2001-2009. She was also appointed to be the Secretary of State from 2009-2013.

If you are going to chime in about U.S. politics you need to learn the subject matter.

I don't know anything about US politics, I just know she and her vile husband were in charge when Waco went down, I wish her nothing but ill.

That's your right, but she wasn't in charge when Waco happened. Very sad situation. David Koresh was a nutjob who fucked teenage girls so good riddance. I fear we will never know the full truth of that situation. That said, law enforcement could have handled it better IMO. I don't think they started the fire, at least purposely.

I think we're banned from exporting it to the US by the FDA but its nice, however in my opinion Vegetarian Haggis is just as good.

I've been gradually shifting to plant-based protein. I will still eat meat, but 80% of my protein is planted based.

What is in veggie haggis?

Edit- That's not true. I supplement my diet with whey protein shakes as well.

I'd be surprised if she ran for much more. She's getting older, she failed at her bid for the presidency, and against Trump (the perception being "You should have won that one")

She might want to do something else if appointed, but I doubt she'll plan to run for anything. She'll just run foundations or "charities" or whatever.
