She is absolutely right. Whites can be victims of racism, too, just as much as blacks. To say that only blacks can be victims of racism, is f'n ridiculous, and any sane person knows that.

Not sure the extent to which it is motivated by racial animus versus opportunism but the Center for Disease Control’s Wonder database, which tracks the race of both the perpetrators and victims of crime in the U.S., reveals that blacks kill many times more whites than the reverse. As far as interracial relations go, homicide is the most concerning aspect.
