That's no impediment to a movie career. Clark Gable had famously huge ears, and for decades he was arguably the biggest movie star in Hollywood.

And don't forget all the Dumbo movies! If not for his ears, Dumbo would have been a nobody!

Gable's ears was one of the reason Loretta Young couldn't hide her daughter's parentage. She inherited them.
