Here's the thing about Constand. After the verdict on Tuesday, Constand appeared on Dateline: NBC with Kate Snow on the Friday. During the show viewers on the Facebook page were asked if they thought the proper verdict was rendered. After listening to Constand's rambling and hemming and hawing, a whopping 74% of those polled believed she was lying or just not telling any truth whatsoever. Most of the comments on the page believed there was a quid pro quo agreement between her and Cosby. Her claims of being given Quaaludes then raped were completely laughed at. Quaaludes were used habitually to enhance sexual pleasure. They were not used as rupees to knock someone out a la Andrew Lustre. So no one believed her and wondered why there was even a trial.

shareWell the judge in the Philadelphia case wouldn't let someone testify on Cosby's behalf that he knew Constand's mother was a racist. She was known to have said she wanted to find some black guy and accuse him of rape just so he'd be incarcerated. That's pretty effed up stuff right there. Constand has never come off as believable to me. Never. Full disclosure here: I am a rape victim. I was raped at 13 and I know the look. Constand never had it.
