Four DUIs since 1989

No excuse for this, if someone has one and no one was hurt or killed I could forgive them if they didn't do it again but anyone who drives drunk more than once is an irresponsible moron who should be banned for life from driving. He only became successful because Donald Sutherland is his father, just like Charlie Sheen.

I agree.

From what I've heard about his drink and party habits, that sounds shockingly low. My brother has twice that many, and he's not even half Kiefer's age.

reply

Your brother should be in prison where he can't hurt anyone.

I think he's still a good actor, but otherwise I totally agree with your post. 1st offense should still be punished but nothing outrageous, 2nd offense no more driving, period. 3rd offense should be execution. And if you maim or kill someobody on your 1st or 2nd offense, execution. Same with texting while driving, you maim or kill somebody, execution.

What is amazing is that since he's Canadian, he can traverse back and forth between the US/Canada like a duck in Sprintime but if you're an American who got a DUI at 23 but now you're say...40 years old the Canadian Government can refuse entry because they consider DUIs a higher criminal offense than they do in the US.

Even Dick Cheney and GWBush (both have DUIs on their records) had to get a certain permission to allow them to enter Canada when they were in the White House but with Keifer it's no biggie at all. LOL
