People jumping to conclusions with no facts

I guess that's what people do nowadays, jump to conclusions without having any kind of relevant information. Nobody really knows exactly what happened on the set yet, but they're so quick to call him a murderer. People are so pathetic, they'll believe any article they read no matter what the source. Welcome to the world of fake news and disinformation.

You have all the facts you need to know he is guilty of manslaughter. Baldwin had control of the gun, he willingly pointed it at the woman and pulled the trigger. Guns don't aim and fire on their own. So whether Baldwin thought the gun was unloaded or not, is irrelevant. Anyone with any knowledge of gun safety knows you check a gun yourself no matter what someone handing it says to you, you also never point a gun at an individual unless you intend to shoot them. That's the facts. You can try to spin it anyway you want, you can try to say he didn't know it was load.. Doesn't matter, the gun was in his hands and once that happened he accepted the responsibility of that gun. All he needed to do was take 5 seconds to flip the cylinder out and see if it was loaded or not, you could teach a 10 year old to do that.. he didn't do it. He should be prosecuted... if for no other reason than to send message to the idiots making movies that they need to provide gun safety training to everyone on the set of a movie that involves guns.

You know damn well what I mean about people jumping to conclusions with no real facts so I don't know what your argument is.

I just pointed out that there are enough facts right now to know that Baldwin should be prosecuted at the very least for manslaughter, could it be for murder? Well murder would require more information. You seem to be lapping up the media spin that he didn't do anything wrong. Clearly he did, and a woman died because of it.

People are stupid for assuming he would just maliciously shoot someone on set. They're crazy if they think the guy would just murder his cinematographer in front of 2 dozen people. Anyway, he'll get manslaughter, if that. But most likely just they'll just settle in civil precedings.

It will all come down to whether the DA gets pressured or paid off to ignore the facts and let him slide. The only thing that goes in his favor is that it happened in a state that is trying to develop itself as a place for people to film movies. That could lead to the DA being pressured to let it slide as an accident to avoid the possibility of scaring off other movie producers from the state.

The civil side is the easy win for the family of the woman killed. He will pay dearly for this on that front whether he is held criminally liable or not.

Nothing points to anyone being a murderer ... so anyone who says that is clearly not interested in facts. That is a point where if I had a social networking site, anyone who said that would be instantly booted. That shows such bad intent and evil character ... there are just some moments that reveal character, and you have to take advantage of them, that is the old saying - when someone tells you who they are - believe them.

I'm seeing more people saying he is a killer and should be prosecuted for manslaughter or negligent homicide... Murder required proving intent which would be a guess by anyone... but manslaughter or negligent homicide is pretty easy to call simply based on the known facts of him pointing a gun at someone, pulling the trigger and killing them. High school kids get prosecuted for doing that every year when they are just playing with a gun they think it unloaded, and then find out the hard way that it wasn't. Same thing should applied to Baldwin.

Internet: BANG! (shoots), then yells, "FREEZE!"

Also
Internet: "It's GUILTY until proven INNOCENT! Gosh! Don't you remember the proper phrase from the history we cancelled, erased, then rewrote for you??"
