I have met him a few times post JLO2 and yes he is a narcissist. I would not deem him a kind person. Or kind to the people around him. He seems pissed off. I can't comment if hes self-centered but he probably is. However it looks like his family "give him joy"

His brother is very kind and down to earth. Completely different personality.
I have met Mat Damon only once and he is deemed a nice guy but my experience is that he is very like Ben in that regards.
