Their thesis is Allen is talking about sex in his movies so it's a proof he's a sexual offender and did it.

First, it's not a proof at all;
Second, it's an insult to our intelligence;
Third, every porno directors should be worried.

Police detectives, psychologists, child welfare experts, and multiple investigations established the fact that he did nothing, the girl lied, and her psycho mother brainwashed her. It's over. Let's move on.

From what I've read of the series it sounds as though it's quite one-sided and has a transparent agenda, or at least a point of view. Hardly the fly-on-the-wall documentary style. It might be interesting, of course, and its quality might be good, but I'm sure people will start crowing, "Aha! You see! Guilty!" without bothering to consider whether or not there is other evidence or, indeed, if the documentary is "truthful".

Allen v. Farrow should be the final nail in the coffin of Woody Allen's legacy

The docuseries "goes beyond the scandalous headlines and makes a compelling argument that Allen got away with the unthinkable thanks to his fame, money and revered standing in the world of film — and that a little girl never received justice," says Lorraine Ali. "The documentarians pored over years of custody trial evidence, home movies, recorded phone conversations, photo exhibits and more, piecing together a harrowing picture of Allen as an abuser and master manipulator and Dylan as his silenced, disbelieved victim." She adds: "Allen v. Farrow may change your own perspective on Allen and his work. This is the story of the girl who spoke out against her dad, was silenced, lived in shame for decades and decided it was time to speak truth to power. And what’s more powerful than that? Certainly not an Allen movie."

Everything I've read about the new "documentary" series makes it sound like it's just a one-sided hit-piece. Allegations have flown all over the place and there's a lot of compelling evidence to suggest Allen is just as guilty as there is to suggest he's innocent.

There is a "believe the victim" push right now which advocates and auto-sides with Dylan, but they always forget Moses. Frankly, if Dylan is believed, Moses' story must be false and vice-versa. But Moses' story of brainwashing has a reason why Dylan's story doesn't add up, but I've never seen anybody give a credible reason why Moses is brainwashed on Allen's side.

Plus, Mia Farrow was willing to work with Allen on Manhattan Murder Mystery after she alleged he sexually assaulted Dylan.

But, no, Allen's the problem here.

That doesn't strike anybody as being odd?

The docu-series (so I'm told) goes into "He did Manhattan which had a May-December romance. Huh? AH?" but do you think it goes into Mia defending Roman Polanski?

This is a bunch of crock. You really think they've found a bunch of smoking guns that haven't been gone over a dozen dozen times already?
