Do you listen to film soundtracks (original scores)?

I'm not exactly sure why, but I've been listening to a lot of them lately. There's something about them that feel calming and epic at the same time. They're actually pretty great for background music too. "A Clockwork Orange", "Batman Returns", "The Untouchables" and "Irreversible" are all great ones.

I used to listen to soundtracks a lot when I was younger in the 90s.

The Little Mermaid
Indiana Jones an the Last Crusade
Star Wars Episode I

I haven't heard the actual soundtrack for Phantom Menace, but I love the score when I hear it in the film. One of the few bright spots.

Not as much now but I used to.

John Williams, Vangelis, James Horner, Danny Elfman, Bear MacReady. Great stuff!

I used to listen to a lot of John Williams film scores. Raiders of the Lost Ark, Superman the Movie, Star Wars, Jaws and many others. And Jerry Goldsmith: Alien, Poltergeist, Star Trek the Motion Picture.

The theme to Star Trek: TNG (which is also from the film) is one of my favourite themes of all time.
