wow this show needs new writers a surrogate killed the women who was mother of emberio she was caring and no dna tests where used in the trial so the father had no rights to baby that was born while he was in hospital because she tried to kill him also always told biological parents have rights perhaps the writers think all of us watching now are stupid

There was actually a real case over here in the Netherlands/Belgium where a similar thing happened (no murder), and the judge gave the second couple custody and the biological father only visitation rights (which in reality didn't even happen).
