Even though, for one, he was also a suspect in a murder investigation of someone, although we don't know for sure if he did it.
He couldn’t possibly have done it himself. He had no gunshot residue on him, his gun was not the murder weapon and he was still at the scene with the police when the weapon was found blocks from where they were.
Maybe. I personally couldn't have known for sure if he was guilty, then again, I wasn't certain of O.J. Simpson's guilt either.
