Avengers fan cast re-imagined

There was a thread about what if The Avengers / MCU was made in the 90s, with Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, etc. Fun stuff!

Now I wonder what if it were to be made in 2025. Imagine the original 2012 movie never happened. Who would you cast?

Iron Man = Harry Styles
Captain America = Nick Jonas
Thor = Alexander Skarsgård
Hulk = Freddie Highmore
Hawkeye = Tye Sheridan
Black Widow = Ana de Armas
Loki = Bill Skarsgård
Nick Fury = Ice Cube / Vin Diesel

Edit:
I swapped Bill Skarsgård as Loki instead, and put his older brother Alexander Skarsgård as Thor. Austin Butler can go home. I also added Vin Diesel as an alternative for Nick Fury.

Nice really nice.

Honestly if you asked me to re cast them current new actors I’d have huge troubles doing it but I have my re imagined cast for early 2000s late 90s cast.

Here my late 90s/early 2000s Avengers cast

IronMan/Tony Stark-Eric Bana
Thor- Brad Pitt
Captain America/Steve Rogers - Orlando Bloom.
Hulk/Bruce Banner- Mat Damon
Black Widow-Angelina Jolie
Hawkeye/Clint Barton-Vigo Mortensen

Okay decided to give it a try with new current actors

IronMan Tony Stark- Stephen Amell
Steve Rogers/Captain America-Liam Hemsworth
Thor- Ryan Gosling
Hawkeye- Ian Summerhalder
Black Widow Lily Collins
Loki- Bill Skarsgard
Nick Fury- Pierce Brosnan
Hulk/Bruce Banner -Andrew Garfield

I find it difficult to ‘re-cast’ movies where the cast was just so spot on the first time around but that’s a pretty solid list👍

Hmm.. Bill Skarsgård as Loki is actually a better choice than mine (as Thor.) I'm not sure about Ryan Gosling as Thor tho', but I haven't seen The Grey Man yet. Maybe I'll go with Alexander Skarsgård as Thor. They're brothers!

Omg yes, Alexander Skarsgard would totally work as Thor too.
Definitely has the body type of Thor and super hot 😍😍

Heh, I see what you did there.

But really, Ice Cube was so fitting as a Nick Fury-like character in 21 Jump Street, he elevates that movie from good to very very good.

I think Vin Diesel would be nice too (they were both xXx agents.)

How about you take the challenge and come up with your own fan cast? It's not as easy you might think. It goes to say that the original cast were so on point!

Well, except for Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye. I guess that was just meh, if not outright bad cast. I would like to have Tom Hardy instead in 2012. That's why I picked Tye Sheridan here because he resembles him a bit

RDJ as Iron Man is the hardest to recast. It was simply a stroke of genius (or luck) back then. Harry Styles was a good actor in Dunkirk so at least there's that.
