shareYes. While they are tasty, they aren't the best thing you should be eating all the time, and you need variety in your diet. A small step would be trying grilled chicken or fish sandwiches, if you are okay with those two meats. Trying burritos with green in them could also be a small step. Drinking water instead of soda (I know, it's hard) could also be a small step too.
I'm not gonna recommend any super-radical changes to your diet right now (I always thought that "eat nothing but vegetables suddenly" on tv was ridiculous), because that would be too shocking to your system. I've been told by relatives that doing it slowly goes over a lot better. Keep a diary too. No need to be elaborate, just write the date and what you ate for each meal. Simple as that.
