When Christmas rolls around and It's A Wonderful Life comes on broadcast TV, I want to see it. Every aspect of the film makes for a perfect presentation. Stewart's uncertain Hero, lovely Donna Reed steadfast in her belief in him, the goofy and flawed Guardian Angel, when a bell rings an angel gets his wings ....
What's not to love?
Plus the battle for dignity for the working class, exposing the usury of the wealthy -- it's a perfect film.

October Sky - My father was a miner and I've had the pleasure of meeting Homer and Roy Lee
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory - My only childhood film I still look on fondly.
The Green Book
The Dirty Dozen
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
True Grit (both versions)
Star Trek TOC films (yes, all of them)
Lord of the Rings (Fellowship mostly but I still watch the other two)
Contact
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre
The Hobbit (1977)
WarGames
