This Indians Jones guy is too good at getting away from trouble, if he is in trouble he just fly a plane, or break a wall, or use whip to jump away, or just do all these tricks.
Even though han solo is a space guy he feel more real than this adventure guy who actually live on earth

I take Indy over Solo. Love 'em both but the adventurer, tomb raiding school teacher is way more cool than the smuggler. I wonder if the divide is a male/female thing. Han is much more romantic. Scoundrel vs adventurer.
I don't agree with your breakdown. Indy gets messed up way more than most heroes. He gets out-fought, tricked, and yes, makes mistakes. Both are the victims of circumstance and both men of action. Only Indy sits at a bar for a drink to drown his sorrows. Indy is the more "real guy" character.
No look at his whip power. Who can use whip like this? So you have this character who escape all trouble by flicking leather around into places that are not normal. He is not normal guy he is like this stupid super guy.
Han solo is good pilot in space but with everything else he just gets by like a normal person, who do stupid things, but without his space ship he is this complete normal guy. If Indian Jones was in space he would probably sit on his whip and fly about, and it would have magic powers
