How many hours do you sleep per night?

Usually 9 to 10, but I'm retired, so I can sleep as long as I want to.

I would love 8 but I'm between 5-6.

7-8 on most nights

I'm a extreme insomniac so it's pretty hard for me to go sleep at times and I've been this way since I was a young child, but if I take my pills it's usually around 5 at the very worst or on a really good night maybe even nine hours. There'll be some times I'll wake up at around 4 like this morning today, stay awake until about maybe 7, and then fall asleep and wake up sometime around 9.

6-1/2 hours is usually enough. I get up early, and just started to notice the sun is rising a few minutes later than at the beginning of the month.
