This is Lucia Rijker, Women's Boxing World Champion for years during the 90s, nicknamed "Lady Tyson". According to the wiki "Rijker was sometimes dubbed by the press "The Most Dangerous Woman in the World"". Undefeated in the (female) ring.

Thugs are dangerous because they bring blades and guns, and because they won't tell you they're attacking, they'll knock you out before you know what's happening. In a clean fight as the ones portrayed in movies? They wouldn't take a big guy easily.

I guess you mean the 'Taken' franchise. Well, in the first one, Neeson still looked young enough, but his physique heavily declined after that and it was noticeable. I have the same issues with the second and third Taken movies than I have with women vs men fights: he looked too old for that shit, and that breaks immersion.

I think mixed martial arts would present the only opportunity for a strong and skilled female judoka like Ronda Rousey to defeat a trained male opponent. Even then, the dude couldn’t be too big or skilled himself for her to beat him. But the lower tier fighters under, let’s say 160 pounds? Yes, she could defeat him.
