think about it if Americans got into eating every other day or intermediate fasting?

I do intermittent fasting (18X6) often and have had success with it.

Bodybuilders do it.

yes but see no one has to change what they eat just how often they eat and everyone talks about obesity rising in America because no one walks anymore not like they do in foreign places most of America isn't setup for People who walk
