Help! Needle in a haystack.. I think!

Hey all,
I'm really hoping someone can help me with this random conundrum that will eat at me like a bad taco in the stomach if I don't find the answer. Lol.
I'm thinking of a movie, possibly an Adam Sandler movie but really have no idea. It's fairly recent and a comedy I'm 99% sure. Lots of info, I know.
The thing that is nagging at me is one of the characters. Throughout out the movie there was a kind of goofy character, (like Rob Schneider in most Sandler movies, hence why my brain wants to go there) who as he spoke slipped celebrities names into his sentences. Frustratingly, that's pretty much all I can remember. There were quite a few and I remember distinctly reading a list of them in the trivia section of IMDb and going back to find the ones I'd missed while watching it the first time. I even remember telling people about it after the fact because I thought it was a cute, albeit cheesy gimmick. I'm trying to think of an example of what I mean by 'slipped in' but am coming up short -.- . If anyone out there has any inkling.. I will be forever grateful!

Thanks, I really appreciate it Catbookss :) I just wish I could remember more about it :|
Normally when this kind of thing happens to me I have at least a tidbit of a memory and can google SOMETHING which eventually leads to my memory being jogged enough to get a solid lead. But not this time apparently. SO frustrating.

kspkap, I'm genuinely at a loss for words, lol. I was pretty confused about your reply until I hunted down this 'Speedy Killings' thread. I'm not a troll, just a super frustrated woman grasping at straws to figure this out. I promise. It's driving me crazy.
I'm curious though, what is it about my post that made you think troll? That it was my only post and such a vague, weird sounding question? I literally googled movie chats and asked in the first one that came up with positive feedback since the IMDb boards are gone. I'm kinda desperate :/
Anyway.. on I search!
