Hamas needs to be eradicated....

AND Netanyahu needs to go as well. That's the only path to a two-state solution.

But first we need to STOP blaming one side more than another.

reply

Totally should eradicate Hamas. Just hope the civilian population can get over the innocent loss of life they've suffered as a result of IDF's retaliation. If a bunch of innocents die and there is solid long term peace maybe it was worthwhile. One take I heard from a friend who served in Afghanistan is that most commoner Arabs support Islamic fundamentalism while elites play nice on the international scene. It's just one opinion but if true peace is fucked.

reply

I think whether they are innocent of not depends on the true story.
Israel has been giving them constant warning to move just 10 miles South for almost a month.
Anyone can do that. I know I certainly would if I faced that horrible dilemma.
We know that Hamas told people to stay in place and has killed people who are moving
and lied and blamed it on Israel.
Who put them in danger in the first place, and forced them to stay there? Hamas.

reply

I'd agree Hamas needs to be destroyed.
But Gazans must be moved away from Israel or they will never be constrained from eternal terrorism.
Take a look at my recent post on the big picture of the ME.
Netanyahu is up to the Israelis.
I'm not Israeli, and I don't really care one way or another, but I think without Netanyahu's work, good or bad, this would have sailed into the future until Hamas eventually could have made their attack and world reaction ever worse.
I would guess that from the Israeli perspective Netanyahu could be looked at as a very visionary leader who did the unthinkable to bring about a crisis and force a peace.
That assumes that this ends with a regional peace plan and not global Armageddon?

reply

"I don't really care one way or another"

You're lying. You're obviously anti-Palestinian and pro-Israeli from your previous posts.

"I would guess that from the Israeli perspective Netanyahu could be looked at as a very visionary leader"

You're delusional. Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have been marching against him for months. And that was before they became angry about the Hamas attack for which he is blamed.

reply

Many Hamas leadership governs from foreign countries.

Two-state solution means that 6 million Palestinians return to their homeland.

I blame the Germans and British who started this mess.

reply

Don't forget to add the Biden regime to the top of your blame list.

reply

Britain and Germany are on the top of my blame list.
Netanyahu and his far-right extremists are second.
Slimy leaders of Arab countries who forgot the Palestinian people are third.
Biden and Blinken are forth.
Other European countries are fifth
And Trump's failed Israeli policy which added fuel to the flame are sixth.

reply

You can't blame Trump for the actions, decisions, and failures of the other five, and the Biden regime should be at the top of the blame list.

reply

Trump is facing 91 felony charges mostly for being a traitor and you still support him. How stupid do you have to be to still support twice impeached four times indicted sexual abuser one term disgraced ex-president Trump?

reply

Is this the same Biden regime who you believe masterminded the rigging of the 2020 election? You claim that Biden outsmarted all you Trump supporting morons and that Biden is not a real president. So now it would be a good time to post your evidence that the 2020 election was stolen.
