I remember always feeling awkward as a kid when I was given a "spot on the team" when I didn't deserve it. Especially at the expense of someone I knew damn well was better than me. Do blacks ever feel awkward or embarrassed when they're given handouts when there's someone more qualified being denied.
shareBut it's not equality though, we've surpassed that and went further. It's now equity although by which degree I don't know. It could be disenfranchising one race to bring up the other to equal footing or giving less opportunities in favor of another. In the end it's kinda weird how they're doing this since it's like treating one race that's not even a 3rd as if they're 50% of the population. You got one race that's 12.3% vs 61.3% but in MSM or hiring, it's isn't proportional. You won't see that in science though when trials are done.
