BLM painted on public street in front of of Trump tower.
Isn't that a public street paid for by taxpayers?
What legal right do they have to do that?
Freedom of speech is one thing, but I am pretty sure you can't do that on roads, bridges and 🏢 that are paid for by taxpayer money.
If you OK BLM , then you open the floodgates for EVERY organization that has some cause to paint or advertise on publicly (taxpayer) owned infrastructure.
They actually fenced it off after it was painted!
