I happened to see The Rocketeer on Disney+ and from what I saw of it I think Disney took inspiration from Iron Man and Marvel character Star Lord because they both wear masks and fly and I also found out that The Rocketeer is based on a comic book so I think Marvel got inspired by The Rocketeer's design to create Star Lord in 1976. I remember when The Rocketeer debuted The Disney Channel had so many previews and commercials for it I couldn't figure out how they would guess it would be a hit. But I think Disney had a lot of hope on The Rocketeer and prayed it would be a hit and it proved to be a smash success indeed
I got interested in The Flintstones movie after METV added The Flintstones to their lineup and the movie looked impressive and I agree that there should've been more sequels to it because when you take a cartoon and make it a live action movie some fail and some do great. The Flintstones movie is one of those movies that works well
I don't know why or how Mulan II got made in the first place? I guess you could say they needed to hurry up with Mulan and Shang's time as longtime crushes and get them married but I found it shocking that before the wedding could begin Mulan had to do a task to help three girls who were princesses get married and I don't see how it helped. Throughout the whole movie during the journey all the three princesses did was start developing crushes on the soldiers and one of the girls even tries to flirt with one of the soldiers twice first when she dropped her shoe and then when the princesses royal carriage crashed and fell in the river and the soldier rescued her and I mean this was odd because the girl is engaged to be married and she should not be having a crush. I think this movie was made because to put the late Pat Morita in his final role as the voice of the Emperor and they gave Pat Morita a good final sendoff. But why they put Mark Moseley in the role of Mushu rather than Eddie Murphy was just awkward when they could've brought Eddie Murphy back or even put Alfonso Ribeiro in the role of Mushu. Another shocking thing about Mulan II is the soundtrack is featured with all female singers and I don't know they had Atomic Kitten ruin Like Other Girls and turn the song into a complete mess? But Hayley Westenra's song Here Beside Me is so beautiful and well done. I think Mulan II needed a bit more promotion but it still is a cool movie
When Star Wars first theaters in 1977 many people thought it would become a huge flop but once Star Wars debuted in 1977 it began to grow a large fanbase and just like Star Trek had spun off many movies after it was cancelled and a line of TV shows. George Lucas hopes to become the new Gene Roddenberry and The Mandalorian will be the first of many Star Wars TV shows just like Star Trek has The Next Generation Voyager Deep Space Nine and others. I can bet that there will be a series called Skywalker that will follow young teenage Luke Skywalker and since Star Wars has also had many cartoons made they have made Star Wars a very successful franchise in movies and TV. While other movie franchises such as Indiana Jones Jurassic Park Jaws and other movie franchises still continue to do well Star Wars will continue to survive in movies. So The Mandalorian is the new beginning of a whole new world for Star Wars
I have been watching Supermarket Sweep on Youtube and I cannot figure out why Leslie Jones was picked to host Supermarket Sweep in the first place? They should've picked someone better than Leslie Jones to host it like Chris Pratt or Dave Foley could've done a better job than Leslie. The only reason I think she was picked was because like me Leslie Jones watched Supermarket Sweep as a kid and she even auditioned with a friend to be on the original version according to what she says. But David Ruprecht made the original Supermarket Sweep fun to watch and was so cute in his sweaters and David SHOULD make a cameo appearence in an episode in the near future because that would be so much better. As for the announcer they should've gotten Shawn Parr "Announcer for GSN's The Chase" or Joe Cipriano to be announcer because I cannot figure out why Leslie Jones has to do everything on the show and it's like she wants to be the queen of Supermarket Sweep but she has to have help once in a while. When I showed an episode to my mom she was saying "Oh My Gosh" what on earth is this mess?" and she couldn't believe that Leslie Jones hosted Supermarket Sweep. I predict that Season 2 will not exist and Supermarket Sweep will soon be cancelled fast enough
I first heard about the movie Queen Christina when I got a book on her and found her story well done. In the book Christina's name is spelled with a K and she was known as The Girl King and when she was born her father wanted Queen Christina to be trained as a prince so that she could be taught how to be king and so she practiced swordsmanship and things that a boy of noble birth must do. But once her father died Queen Christina's mother Queen Maria Elenora turned crazy and sent Christina away to be raised by her aunt whom she loved very much and just before her aunt passed away her last wish was for Christina to marry her cousin which never happened. If you want to know more about Queen Christina/Kristina I recommend buying the book Kristina The Girl King by Carolyn Meyer which is part of the Dear America Royal Diaries series to get the general picture of what the movie Queen Christina is truly about
I remember when the Aladdin Sega Genesis game came out and I liked it and I think my dad and I solved it twice and some of the levels at the beginning were easy but the level where Aladdin got inside Genie's lamp was hard especially when you had to make Aladdin jump on the shrinking Genie hands which was impossible to do but we got past that level. I was surprised to see Abu take center stage in the cute bonus level but it was impossible to win too because all Abu would say was "uh-oh" and he couldn't fight even though he had a sword in the level. I also found it shocking that they could've used different music for the bonus level The Escape level and the Jafar's Palace level because those two levels shared the same music and different music would've been nice to use. But it is still a great Disney game
I cannot understand how Sinbad Legend Of The Seven Seas became an animated movie but I first rented it with my mom and I wanted to see it because it looked nice but Mom wanted to watch it because Brad Pitt did the voice of Sinbad and she had a major crush on Brad Pitt at the time. And we sat and watched Sinbad Legend Of The Seven Seas and every time Sinbad came on the screen Mom would practically gaze her eyes at him and when Sinbad talked Mom would stare into space. Later when the movie was over I asked Mom what she thought of the movie and she said that Sinbad was dreamy. I honestly thought it was well done and Catherine Zeta-Jones was great as Marina and you would think that with Brad Pitt's animated voiceover debut Sinbad Legend Of The Seven Seas could've recieved better promotion and done very good in theaters. I think this is one Dreamworks movie that hardly gets no respect because it was simply forgotten about
My box of Baby Yoda cereal has the poster of Baby Yoda by himself in a black background. I didn't realize that there are different posters for each box
My dad also checked Target for my plush version of The Child and he told me that they didn't have some on the shelves but I think that Target is hiding them for Black Friday sales next week. My dad might also head back to Walmart and see if they restocked with new The Mandalorian toys and that my plush The Child will hopefully be there
You'll never guess what I ate for breakfast this morning? I ate Baby Yoda cereal and my dad bought it for me at Target and he had a hard time finding it but when Dad finally found it there was only one box left on the shelf. So I ate Baby Yoda cereal and it tastes great and it has the cute The Child marshmallows inside and it tastes like Kix. I was surprised to see the poster of The Child on the back of the box and when the cereal is finished I plan to cut the poster out and put it in my room wall
Billy Joel is one of my crushes and if Billy released a new album I'd be the first to buy it because he is just so cool and cute. But if Billy Joel were to release a new album it would be a hit
When you look at every singer from Billy Joel to George Michael Elton John Barbra Streisand Celine Dion and others Phil Collins has talent that honestly no other singer can match and so when Phil left Genesis he decided to sally forth for a chance at even bigger superstardom when he went solo and even though Face Value was a surprise hit album not many people thought it would be a smash hit. But when the No Jacket Required album was released Phil Collins released hit after hit from that album with songs like Don't Lose My Number and Sussudio which I cannot figure out who Sussudio was when I first heard it. And don't forget he was in the movie Buster and sang Two Hearts from that movie. But if it wasn't for Disney Phil Collins would still be popular with the songs On My Way from Brother Bear and You'll Be In My Heart and Strangers Like Me from Tarzan. But Phil Collins should make a comeback album because it's time he releases some fresh material that fans will like
My mother used to have a crush on Jeff Goldblum and she thought he was handsome and she liked him in Independence Day too. Now that i'm on a Jurassic World kick Jeff Goldblum is now one of my crushes and I think he's really cute and I especially love him as Dr. Malcolm because he is so smart and full of info on dinosaurs
Sasha Banks is gonna guest star on The Mandalorian? What a surprise this is because she's my favorite WWE wrestler and it will be great to see her in The Mandalorian
I first saw Short Circuit on TV with my mom and we thought it was a really funny movie. Years later I got obsessed with it after seeing Wall-E I liked Number 5 "Johnny" because he was really cool. For Christmas I got Short Circuit 2 and then later got Short Circuit and it was still just as funny as I first saw it. Did you know that Number 5 actually got his name from songwriters Peter and Ina Wolf when they wrote the song Who's Johnny for Debarge and the name Johnny popped into Peter Wolf's head and the song was written. I don't know how Number 5 was so smart but he and Stephanie became best friends. But the funniest scene was when Number 5 takes Stephanie's catering truck and goes on a wild ride and I didn't know how he could drive the truck but it's a funny scene
Because Of Winn-Dixie is a book I always liked because I too have shopped at Winn-Dixie twice on supermarket errands when my family used to visit my godfather when he was still alive and when my godfather needed to visit the supermarket he'd take me with him and it was fun. It wasn't until I bought the book that I learned about the movie version and so when I watched Because Of Winn-Dixie I really liked it and it's a great movie that is heartwarming and charming at the same time
I followed Aimee Carrero's career since she voiced Elena in Elena Of Avalor and Aimee's voice is so wonderful for cartoons and I didn't know she voiced She-Ra in the new She-Ra cartoon and I am a fan of She-Ra since I began watching the DVD set of Princess Of Power and although I haven't seen the new She-Ra yet I have a feeling that Aimee Carrero will become in high demand as a voice actress for cartoons in the future
I think when Disney/Pixar designed Onward they used the actors to design the characters looks and that made Onward unique to watch. Because when you look at Ian Lightfoot's face Ian's face is exactly the same as Tom Holland's and Ian's facial features are also like Tom Holland's too as well and Ian also has Tom's body. And the same thing with Barley because if you look at Barley they designed him like Chris Pratt and when you look at Barley's face and facial expressions Barley has Chris Pratt's face and looks. Disney started doing this to their movies because when the actors do voiceovers they videotape their facial movements and body movements they draw them into their characters. Flik from A Bug's Life is an example of this because when you watch A Bug's Life and study Flik's expressions and movements you'll see that Flik has Dave Foley's face and facial movements and expressions. But I agree that Ian could've had a better hairstyle because it reminded of Alfredo from Ratatouille and a baseball cap could've suit Ian better
When a game show host passes away it is usually the job for the show's producers to find a suitable host that can do the job well. In Jeopardy I think they will announce a new host very soon but will not make it official until next year but here are some of my possible picks,

But I think Jeopardy will still survive because even with the new host Alex Trebek's wit and spirit will still be alive with Jeopardy fans who have supported the show for a long time
