You reek of Snyder fanboy I think its the actor. Dominic Purcell is so bland and monotone in this series. I think the character of Linc is fine and obviously serves a purpose. But the actor is terrible. He doesn't emote, he has two facial expressions, I barely believe him every time he opens his mouth. Being that you have such great performances on this show (Stormare, Fichtner, Knepper) being the three powerhouses he really sinks on this show. But to be fair Wentworth isn't much better. I think its implied of the main cast. Coolidge basically has one scene in every movie Joey found out her father had been paroled in Season 5. She went to see him and then the episode ended. Then fast forward to Season 6 Christmas episode it appears they had their reconciliation off screen. I always assumed they were renting because that house is most def bigger and nicer. Or my alternate theory is that grams was totally taking money under the table from Jens parents to help pay tuition. I disagree. I feel this movie gets better the more you watch it. And I think this movie and NOT creed is the one Stallone should've been nominated for. John Philbin (Nathanial) and Bojesse Christopher (Grommet) were the experienced surfers of the bunch and did all their own surfing. James LeGros (Roach) is never seen surfing. Swayze said he did "just enough" surfing to where they could use a few shots of him on the board and have it look real. But a majority of his surfing shots were handled by his double. You can clearly see the wideshots of Philbin and Christoper "actually" surfing. As for Keanu, he didn't know how to surf prior, but learned to for this movie and still surfs to this day. However, people mustn't confuse learning to surf for the movie and actually surfing for the movie. The Original poster is correct Keanu was not surfing for this movie and is it very obvious. Typically because he always seems to have multiple projects up and running at the same time. Although having watched most of his shows they'd fare a lot better if he stayed the duration and saw them through. Not deflecting at all. I'm agreeing with you that the right is f*_ked while also adding that the left is just as bad. If you want an echo chamber, go to another message board. I'm not deflecting anything. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy here. It doesn't matter if you're wearing a red tie, or a blue tie you all do the exact same thing and then vilify the other side for doing exactly what you do. You both are insufferable. 10)Brainwashed Drones that mindlessly just spew the latest talking ponts they got off of Fox News/The Quartering Videos/OANN/4chan/Rumble I'll preface by saying I'm an independent. But how are the brainwashed drones who take their talking point from Fox News and company any different than the brainwashed drones who mindlessly spew their talking points from CNN, The Daily show, and huffpost? Asking for a friend Hope it never does 1) Kripke obviously takes the top spot. Not much explanation needed. I'm in the minority that feels Season 5 was kinda mixed. But that finale (the originally intended finale) is how it should've ended. 2) I like the Carver era. He certainly breathed new life into the show and resurrected it to a certain extent after the lows of Seasons 6 and 7. He also gave us the bunker, which was a fantastic set piece. 9 was the highlight for me. 8 and 11 were also really enjoyable. Little mixed on 10. Closing the gates of hell also would have made for a nice series finale. Too bad they never paid that storyline off. 3) Gamble sucked. Let's just be glad she only was in charge for two years because had she stayed longer, I may have quit the show. 6 is bad. Yet a few solid episodes here and there, Weekend at Bobby's is one of my favorites. 7 is damn near unwatchable and the decision to kill Bobby was unforgiveable. 4) Dabb made Gamble look competent at her job. Dabb kinda coasted during Seasons 12 and 13 which were watchable but clearly out of gas at this point. Scooby Doo episode rocks. But Seasons 14 and 15 drove the show into the ground, made me angry, and I hope we don't ever get a revival because of the lows sunk in those last two years. The bitter taste left in my mouth from that series finale has not gone away yet and I am in zero hurry to give this show I once loved a rewatch. Killing Bobby was the beginning of the end. Killing Bobby yet bring Cas back to life 4 times, bringing Crowley back to life multiple times, bringing back Mary, Ketch, Lucifer, trickster, and how many countless other side characters I certainly don't hate the guy. He's a very nice dude actually and very likeable. However, as an on-camera reviewer he's pretty vanilla. I appreciate his insight but he's kind of boring. As for his "I'll only give positive reviews." That's such a joke it's not even funny. The first ever project I did in HS film class was a still image video. We, as a class submitted our projects, watched them as a group, and proceeded to give analysis on each video highlighting both the positives, and the negative as well. Our teacher put emphasis on the fact that if you don't talk about the negative you can't grow and get better as a filmmaker. So the idea of this "I'm only doing positive reviews" because I want to break into the industry and don't want to ruffle feathers is very weak to me. I'd respect him more if he stuck to his guns, while giving an honest and balanced review while also trying to break into the industry Yeah the funeral scene was pretty good. However Keanu's performance overall in this film wasn't the most convincing and he was pretty clunky in spots Given the fact that they fired her yet didn't fire Pedro Pascal leads me to believe that she'll win. And while I don't agree with what she said, how she said it, or the way she did it I think her firing was lame so I kinda hope she wins But I'm in that small minority of people nowadays that doesn't believe in firing people for having differing political opinions. I don't care if you vote blue or red just entertain me and I'm good to go. You can have a different opinion and I won't hold it against you I've tried sadly but on rewatch I still don't like season 2. Season 1 and 4 are perfect seasons of television IMO. Season 3 is a really good season of television. 2 and 5 I just don't care for One of the worst. Alongside Kim Jones and Peter Rosenberg Season 3 Season 4 Season 6 Season 2 Season 5 Season 7 Season 8 Season 1 (maybe a hot take but first season is very afterschool special to me) . . .Season 9 (few good episodes but scraping the bottom of the barrel) . . . Season 10 (full blown soap at this point. Should've moved the show to daytime TV)
