Unfortunately I watched it at the movies. Second half was excruciating to sit through
The rocking cast kept me mildly interested in the first half, but once they reached their 'home' and started on that family bullish!t again, it just became intolerable

I am all for proper representation of women and minorities and what not in movies.
But that last line is extremely worrisome

If the main point of this movie is going to be about making "big, positive statements" instead of putting out an entertaining story for the audiences, then they are going to throw up a damp squib of a movie. If this is indeed going to be the purpose of Black Widow movie, we might finally see a Marvel movie BOMB.

No way to depict it well on screen because it is a stupid concept to begin with
And why Endgame was so good was because time travel was a very small part of the whole premise. It was simply a plot-device and nothing else, to deliver an epic adventure movie. Glad they did not go into technicalities to cover the various little plot holes that might come up because of time travel and instead focused on the human drama

I think this is all just early hysteria for now that usually happens with underwhelming final seasons. It happened with LOST as well, but once the dust settled the hardcore fans are still loyal to that show and call it one of the best fantasy dramas ever.
Wait for a week or so, it will all be over and people would have moved on to be disappointed by the next big thing. I thought the last season was atrocious as well, but I was kind of mentally prepared for it when they announced that it was only going to be 6 episodes in the final season. There was no way they would have been able to wrap up all the loose ends for a show like GOT which has spread out so massively with its story lines, in just just 6 episodes.
Anyways, it will be all blow over in a few weeks. And I dont think there will be any major problems with the sales of memorabilia or boxsets.

I think she was being kind. The people who start petitions for such trivial issues are not just disrespectful, they are a bunch of entitled nincompoops. They must be utterly senseless to think that such an action is actually going to have even an iota of affect on the path GOT is going to take. There was not even a 1% chance that they would actually redo season 8. A bunch of dweebs wasting their not so valuable time
