Same at my theater too ... she got a whole lot of cheers every time she appeared She was smashing Thanos in Endgame and forced him to use the stones... right? Couldnt care less about what "GRADE" of characters they were in the comic books. Havent read one The connection was simple. They were all super powered and badass women. I dont see what is the big deal about this that people would throw hissy fits. Especially given the duration of that shot was less than 5 secs She has the same problem as Superman .. too powerful and almost invincible Nothing against Brie Larson though. She is quite good in this role Didnt mind any of those scenes. The teaming up of all female characters was a bit much because it was impossible for them all to be there in the same shot, but that was for what ? 5 seconds max? And it was still a pretty badass moment and a nice tip of the hat to the super powered ladies. At the end of the day, this is a comic book movie. The paying audience breathes for such moments - the money shots. Almost all of the above scenes got massive cheers from the audience in my theater Someone needs to ask her ... how many female directors has she worked with in her career spanning almost 50 movies? Just ONE! She is part of the problem that she is trying to crib about 1 female director in 50 movies vs 4 female director nominees in 90 academy awards vs 6 female director nominees in 75 golden globes She is WORSE than the academy ... and a MASSIVE hypocrite
