Math is always quite simple.
There is indeed a Court of Public opinion, a Criminal Court, and a Political Referendum (an Election) that DJT will be judged in.
Remember, polls are not votes. Public opinion can move elections but it will be "Votes" that will make the difference.

Looks like DA Fani Willis is seeking to get those dismissed charges back into the indictment.

It also seems that the DA from Georgia is conceding that the trial wont happen before the General Election. Remember though that those are STATE charges and DJT can't Self-Pardon, can't get the charges dismissed the case dropped, and can still face REAL jail time.
