Has big aspiration and has lots thrown together element, like palpatine very suddenly is here with thousand star destroyers. Could be huge embarrasment. Bad characters, bad story, costs so much = could be worst film ever
Yes palpatine return is obviously desperate ploy. Can see this a mile away...but for some reason we cannot criticise? Why? Is completely stupid.

It made it seem like no one is in the houses. People would not just sit quietly at home in peace. It would not happen.
So it made city seem empty and it is not effective. It was lazy
Doesnt matter, you cannot control all people, they would be crazy. They would throw rubbish in streets and people would do things like start fires.
