Oh, you silly fool. You BOTH troll. You're only fans are each other. You are a pox, sir. You are the Justice League of posters. It’s if it gets into his lungs. I know they said that in unbreakable If I were T-Rump i’d hire smarter people than me to figure it out, you mean. You know, like morons or village idiots. Or Trump supporters. How you feelin', Martha? I will pay at the box office. That's my prediction. Unless I use the fandango app. Or the Alamo Drafthouse app. Then I won't pay at the box office. Really, these things are so nebulous. Here's the ending.....14 minutes of credits. I await my execution. The And? is very simple...it WAS heavily front-loaded (hence, the pre-sales breaking records) and I'll as far as greenlit sequels, maybe they can put it as a double feature with Green Lantern 2 starring Ryan Reynolds? Before you deny THATone... https://wegotthiscovered.com/movies/green-lantern-sequel-track-release/ Tell that to the game show host in the White House. Well....there ARE Signs that it takes a Village to make a good pun..... Wait....so even though Disney now has Star Wars stores and sells Star Wars merchandise in Disney Stores and is opening Star Wars areas of their theme parks.....none of that money goes towards recouping the investment Disney made in buying LucasArts? Who gets those profits? I usually hold Con Air and The Rock as the prime examples. But yes, you're right. See...the movie isn't a disaster. It's a fine movie that's a horrible adaption of a superior book. If you didn't read the book, the movie isn't nearly that bad. You...may want to watch Unbreakable again. The only instance of him not being totally immortal until the climax was a story told to him by his old school principal about how David as a child almost drowned in the school pool. And in the climax, he is drowning in a swimming pool until the girls fish him out. It's even a conversation between Dunne and Glass prior to the end of the film. Glass even points out that water is Davids' kryptonite. I'm Split on whether this is funny or not. Same here. I even went to THE first Star Trek Convention thanks to my brother. In fact I was on a cruise and it got back to port the dayt the movie premiered. We drove from Miami to Orlando, got on a VERY long line and ended up getting tickets to a midnight show. I was 13. When the ship was being lovingly shown off, I actually fell asleep and woke up during Spocks attempt to mindmeld with V'Ger. THAT'S how slow the movie is. I'm not conflicted. Neither were good movies at all. The difference is, Suicide Squad was not as offensive because it did not take cherished childhood heroes and take a big old dump on them. If they screw up Slipknot and Katana and Killer Croc....who really cares? I'm sure this same logic will help Shazam. While beloved by old-school readers like myself.....to the general audience, he's an unknown. He's....Ant-Man. I mean, Aquaman is better known than Shazam to 95% of the movie going audience. And Aquaman's an asshat. Maybe YOU don't understand Google.... "‘Suicide Squad’ breaks a Fandango ticket pre-sale record" https://batman-news.com/2016/08/02/suicide-squad-fandango-august-record/ And remember, that means it broke the pre-sale record of BvS, which you use as an example. And that story was circulated by numerous news sources. But see, here's something I have to explain to my gf's mother each year when interest on her trust is taxed. Even if the interest were taxed on the (highly improbable) 60%.....it's still 60% of the interest. So you still made money even after. It's not coming off the principal. In my scenario, the primary account holder would be responsible for itbut would pay it out of the interest that the account earned. Suicide Squad was definitely front loaded. It dropped 65.1% week 1 to week 2, with it losing 53.3% of that in week 3 and 43% of THAT by week 4 where it grossed 16,644,689 for the week. I've always wondered if, in the cases of lottery winners or the like who want to give fund to a friend or family member if it would be legal and smarter to open an account in your name (after having paid the initial taxes), deposit the amount you want to give the other person and then make them an authorized signer on the account (not a co-owner, just an authorized user). They'd have no tax responsibility, access to the money and the government would have gotten a FAIR amount of taxes.
