No, I think the director put that in the movie for shits and giggles. Janet Jackson came up with the idea of Justin ripping her bra off to expose her breast.
A lot of people thought that Ruthie was a product of an affair, the writers should’ve used that as a storyline in the show. It would’ve made the show more interesting.
