How come Wanda's kids didn't have any powers in this?

I think in the Wandavision they were both superpowered - one with speed I think - yet in this they're just normal kids?

Also why didn't Wanda search for Vision in this alternate Universe where her kids are real? Wouldn't there be a chance he lived in this reality?

reply

It was a different universe, so the kids could be different.

Darkhold used her deepest desire to seduce her, apparently Vision was not in there. So that is ... disappointing, will probably lose her a lot of male fans.

reply

Yeah, was a bit weird Vision not being mentioned at all. She went to the trouble of bring him back in her construct and can now go to any universe to be reunited with a version of him but that's just completely forgotten...

As to the kids - they were a fabrication weren't they? So how could they really exist anywhere anyway? Who'd be the real father or are they just magic'd up into reality (and if that's the case, why couldn't she just re-magic they up)?

reply

We can only say in the infinite multiverse, it is possible that in one of them the kids are real, not created with her magic.

reply

In "WV" the kids didn't manifest their powers until they apowared to be about 10, it could be different in the other Earth.

Actually, I don't remember if alt-Wanda herself had powers.

reply

Her hands did glow with crimson colour. Don't know if it was the result of Wanda's dream walking, wakened something in her.

reply

Didn't Vision come back at the end of WandaVision? An all white version with no memory until constructed Vision somehow gives him his memory back.

reply

Yeah. I think he was effectively some kind of clone. I can't recall if the Wanda constructed Vision actually had all his memories though? I don't suppose he could have...

I can't recall either if Wandavision gave any explanation as to why Wanda simply couldn't just magic up another pair of kids.
