Hmm, forgot she was originally White. I am not sure which Earth the newly created Black character Drew is from but as long as it isn't Prime Earth then it wouldn't be considered as such. Mile Morales isn't even from Prime Earth (he's Earth-1610) like you see in the live movies unless they somehow mess up via timeline or whatever.
A Prime Earth requires a Multiverse. Since the MCU is what we unofficially call 199999 in the Marvel multiverse, it has the same Prime Earth as every other Marvel universe.
I think we are at the point where calling it the "Marvel Cinematic Universe" will be more of a habit than an accuracy (MCM is more accurate).
Earth-616 is the Prime Earth for the MCU because it is the Prime Earth for all Marvel universes.
Jessica Drew was never black in the comics. That has to do with this movie woke directors.
