The "its coming home" is trending only for a side-discussion in a troll comment. So this one will be better.
I have to say that the statistics are in favor of both England and Italy. In favor of England because Italy almost always lose its Euro finals (Euro 2000,Euro 2012),but in favor of Italy there is the fact that the last finals where a team was playing at home (Portugal in 2004,France in 2016) were lost by those teams! So we'll see.

Dubious logic there , given that England havent even reached the euro final in living memory
Getting there twice and losing puts Italy well ahead.

True but I meant that Italy had a bad tradition in its recent finals

Well Italy has won it (1968) when it was held in .....Italy.
I personally think they have been the team of the tournament. Been impressed with them from the first match.

Well from what I heard in the commentry last night , they were the better team then too.
