First, Lexis knows it’s not normal (assuming that it’s not illusory, as the showrunner Kings have already gone on record that some of the images they use are are metaphoric and not necessarily real), but Lexis also has a gifted mother who seems to have prepared her children to embrace extraordinary lives; and remember that Lexis was conceived with the help of Leland’s demonic fertility clinic. I think we’re in for a wild ride, from which mother and daughter show no signs of backing down.
