That guys turn seemed more like a curse
Not only is walking on water like dazzler levels of useless, but if he can't turn it off, it can actually be a liability in a water fight. Plus he must smell like bacon gone very bad!

Because there's also some kind of EXPERIMENTS being conducted on people by that CREEPY guy who was about to saw into the woman who made the HAT FLOAT in the HAT SHOP.
And that other CREATURE with the bottom HALF of his face missing (the one that Amalia fights with) also looks like he might be one of the victims who had half of his face sawed off by that CREEPY guy who was about to saw into the HAT LADY.
And what's up with that other guy who had some kind of GREEN SLIME oozing out of holes in his arm and dropping down onto the floor of his prison cell???
Something tells me that condition wasn't the result of his having been TOUCHED either.
Also wonder what Amalia might look like if someone were to pull off her face (that she also said wasn't her face)???
