Maybe I could have lasted longer if she didn’t live in that crazy posh & expensive building and she had a job. Reading all day doesn’t pay her rent, even if it is rent stabilized (and when I lived in NYC, once the original Renter moved/passed on, the lease did NOT keep transferring to others, forever).

Too much time was spent with this desperate woman.

Most all of them lived in giant apartments which seems really unrealistic based on the normal people I know that live in NYC.
