I thought that it was pretty catchy.

Yeah I thought the same - it sounded a bit 'try hard'. After watching the scenes in the 80s club however, I came to the conclusion they were unable to secure rights to any traditionally well known songs. I guess they went down the indie route - which doesn't mean the music was necessarily of a lower quality but that track in particular didn't do it for me.
