Well, I was not expecting that.
If you didn't like this, fair enough but I've been an avid horror fan since I were 10 (now 30) and I personally found this to be one of the scariest films I've seen. Up there with The Exorcist (which is my favourite horror film)
The acting and the score made everything extremely effective and although the story wasn't entirely original, it was creepy as hell.
I loved The Witch (Which I thought was very similar to this) but this one was on a whole nother level.
A truly terrifying movie and I cannot wait to see it again when it comes out on Blu Ray.
10/10 Believe the hype.

Agree. I loved it too. I'm also an avid horror fan that doesn't scare easily

Yeah this was entirely horrifying. Jesus Christ...
Just finished it and yeah...I won't be watching it again lol

This film is objectively well made, no matter what obnoxious, simple minded children thought of it.
