Nobody in their right mind would spill everything out in an interrogation. But sure, I can buy one person just not giving a fuck and knowing it's the end. But back to back the old woman and Nadya literally exposition dumping at the end is just cheap.
Did the showrunners just run out of money or something?
Considering this was made by the BBC then that is the most likely reason. When you look at other BBC shows like Luther or Sherlock they don't have many episodes. Wouldn't surprise me if it was a budgeting issue.
