I saw movie called Ken Park (2002) (similar like Kids (1995)) a few months ago and he was in it. He plays as an sadistic adolescent living with his grandparents, whom he resents and frequently abuses verbally. He also showed nudity and was masturbating. I didn't realize it was him until I saw It 2. I loved him in It 2, he was one of the better things, but woah, I'm still surprised he's the same actor.
