Ok not entirely true (she got a slap on the wrist) but still...was it tasteless to cast her? I can't decide.
Also, how her character, while being on a boat, mentioning her sister named Natalie was unusual as well.

shareI like how for the rear view of her bikini bottom, it was lazily "curled up" and not pulled tightly over her ass. It almost looked like she gave herself a wedgie. It gave her sexy look a kind of "unkempt messiness" that went with her nasty character. Between QT's dialogue, Gayheart's really aggravating nastiness(acting) and Pitt's silent observational response(funny)...a great little scene.
I recall that fatal accident. I don't think she works much anymore, perhaps QT was trying to do something kind towards her in the wake of her ruined life (based on her bad behavior.)
