Why would he use his pull muscles to try to lift the girl up that mountain? Why wouldn't you utilize the BIGGEST MUSCLES ON YOUR FUCKING BODY MEANT FOR HEAVY PUSHING?! LASSO THAT ROPE AROUND YOUR DAMN WAIST AND START WALKING TO PULL HER UP! MORE THAN CERTAINLY YOU CAN PULL HER UP ON A SLED BEHIND YOU DOING THIS.

I was thinking the same thing. Or at least use your legs to hold on to the rope when you are not pulling.

It would have helped if he had tied knots in the rope about two feet apart so he could hold it without it slipping through his hands.
