biggest 2nd weekend drop in superhero history!

Wow! Bigger drop than BvS!

Dark Phoenix followed up lousy reviews and a lousy opening weekend with a near-record free fall. It earned just $2.348 million on its second Friday, down 83.2% from a $14 million opening day. That's a bigger drop than Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (-81%) and the biggest such drop for a "big" comic book superhero movie in history.

OK but it now has actually got the biggest 2nd weekend drop ever for a superhero movie (32m - 9m = 73% drop)

now at only 51m domestic (still less than the opening wkend for previous lowest opening X movie The Wolverine) its doubtful it will reach 100m total domestic. probably end up 75m. lowest Xmen by far (previous The Wolverine 132m) and ww is currently at 204m. so might struggle to even reach X1s 296m (in 2000)
