Remake it with a bigger budget...

And use Tom Hardy as the main guy....

Mind blown.

That's what I've been saying. The premise is fucking awesome but the execution is just awful. Really disappointing. And the main guy? What's his name again? Oh yeah, Discount Discount Tom Hardy. Quite a mouthful, but I'm pretty sure that that is what they call him. He sucks. He's by far the worst part of the movie and the script doesn't make it any better for the poor guy. I think just about everything other than the premise is a letdown soo I can definitely see a remake working out. Or a sequel. A sequel would probably be more realistic.

lol I think the OP was being Clever....

considering Venom just came out....

its the exact same movie With Tom Hardy in the Lead...

lol The movie was basically a remade with a bigger budget with Tom Hardy in the lead and that movie is Venom

and by the way...Upgrade is 100X better...

its fine that you dont like Upgrade....but the overwhelming Majority feels very different...

the exact movie that you think "would be better" was already made in Venom and Upgrade is considered Levels better.

In this case, Its clear The Lower budget movie with a Good Director(Upgrade) OWNED the bigger budget Studio movie(Venom)...

They did. It was called "Venom".

the budget was fine. none of the effects looked underproduced. the fights were good, the story was good. Please no more Tom Hardy mumbling movies.
