shareI'm a guy and thought the movie was pretty good but noticed it's mostly women that are raving about the film. I'm not sure what caused that phenomenon.
shareI’m not sure what metascores are but you might be right since I loved it and am a woman. But maybe it’s because it’s a woman-friendly kind of thriller/horror. I’m a horror fan of all kinds but most of the women I know hate the horror genre, this is the kind of movie I would recommend to people like that, because it’s unsettling, so you get that aspect of horror, but it’s not really gory at all, which is what puts a lot of women off from the horror genre.
